Introduction What makes Longlevens RFC unique sponsorship proposition compared to other clubs is that we put participation first. This is proven by being the first team in Gloucestershire to have a mixed ability team (both juniors and seniors). As well as our walking rugby team we offer everyone the opportunity to play rugby regardless of age or ability. It also means that we have a genuine connection to the community which your brand can benefit from. Our showcase event is the Longlevens Festival and the opportunities there will carry your brand out to tens of thousands. We have a firm grip of digital & social media which combined with a clubhouse at the heart of thousands of residential houses we can guarantee a significant number of impressions. To sponsor our award winning festival for £600 you will receive: Placement onto our social media .pdf template that will circulate at least 3 times a week on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Longlevens RFC are proud of their effective & proactive social media. Placement onto 5000 A5 flyers distributed to local homes Vinyl banner (3050x 750mm) erected in the build up and throughout the event capturing passing footflow Roller banner (850x 2000mm) placed at the main entrance of the clubhouse for every customer to see in the build up and day of the event. We have 3 senior teams in the leagues. We are very proud to have Gloucestershire’s First Mixed Ability Rugby Team. Our MAR team allows anyone to play rugby regardless of mental or physical disability, inactivity or general ability. Most MAR teams are run by the Foundations of Premiership teams, so as a community club we are in the unique position that our fixtures are against Premiership Clubs. Players from our membership also teach rugby to disabled students at The Milestone School next door to the club, one of the biggest special needs schools in the country. Longlevens strategic goal is focused on inclusivity and becoming a part of the community. Whilst our 1st XV has enjoyed success at Twickenham (winning the RFU Junior Vase in 2014) and our junior age groups have produced Sam Underhill (England & Bath) and Tom Griffiths (Saracens) in recent years. We are very proud of our close partnership with the Wooden Spoon Charity (we are a partner club) and The Milestone Special needs school next door. We believe that because of these relationships we offer a unique proposition to the many other rugby union teams in the district. We also work hard commercially to put on guest speakers and bespoke events throughout the year. In 2016 we had the privilege of winning 'Best Community Event' at the Believe in Gloucester Awards for our Summer Rugby Festival. Our Summer Festival continues to grow and happens every July.
