We are Jelf. Experts in Insurance, Risk Management and Employee Benefits for businesses and individuals.When Chris Jelf founded the Group in 1989, he had a two-fold vision: to build long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients, and to provide them with expert advice – a business model which remains fundamental to how Jelf operate today.In 2015, Jelf became part of Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC), a global leader in risk, strategy and people. With roots dating back to 1871, MMC’s businesses have been helping clients prosper amid changing times, from the Industrial Revolution to the digital age.

In 2016 MMC acquired Bluefin and united them with Jelf. Then in 2018, a new Jelf joint branding was introduced, bringing together the rich heritage of these two leading community brokers under a single name.
